By accepting this scholarship, you agree to give back to the foundation in the following ways:
1. Fundraising Support: You will assist the Green Valley Firefighters Foundation in raising funds for future scholarships. This includes participating in at least one fundraising event and/or activity. 2. Event Participation: You will attend and participate in at least one fundraising event (i.e. corn hole tournament, firefighter ball, etc.) organized by the Foundation during the scholarship period. You will be notified of any upcoming events in advance. 3. Advocacy: You are expected to act as an ambassador for the Green Valley Firefighters Foundation. This includes promoting the Foundation's mission and activities through your personal and professional networks. 4. Reporting: You will provide updates on any fundraising efforts and participation in Foundation activities. By accepting this scholarship, you agree to fulfill these responsibilities and support the sustainability of the Green Valley Firefighters Foundation's scholarship program. Print your name below:
